Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Unless stated otherwise

• All deposits are non-refundable. This includes deposits made by credit or debit card, cheque, and cash. 

If the client cancels prior to completion:

• The deposit is non-refundable

• If payment was made by credit card, a charge will be made to your credit card to cover any outstanding costs incurred by Fusion Glassworks Inc up to the time of cancellation. 

By using your credit card for deposit payment, you agree to the above terms and conditions 

If you have signed a contract with Fusion Glassworks Inc for work to be completed, you are bound by the terms of the contract signed. 

If you have an account with Fusion Glassworks Inc:

• You will be charged for any work completed prior to cancellation
