This is a 1 day course to introduce participants to the fun of glass fusing. Several projects include coasters, small plates, some slumping, and more. Learn about the COE, volumes, testing compatibility, common mistakes and firing schedules. Basic glass cutting skills are required. Call to sign up.

This has a similar look to cloisonné. This is a technique that can be incorporated in other fused projects or can be a stand alone process.
A powder frit technique.
Skill level: Beginner.
Using frit powder and/or scrap pieces on a glass base to create a unique design. Fuse to a flat or textured surface and can be slumped if desired.
This is a beginner fusing class making snowmen, icicles, snowflakes, penguins, and more. Full or half day course available.
Skill level: Cutting experience required, basic fusing is helpful.
Learn techniques of using irrid glass in texture molds, carved designs by sandblasting, as well as effects by capping and part capping. Bring out the jewel tones of the irrids in your designs.
Skill level: Cutting experience required.
Overlaying clears and colours can result in added colours and tones, making a simple design so much more.
2 Day course.
Skill level: Good cuttign skills and basic fusing knowledge.
Day 1 - Explore a few different methods fo setting up and making pattern bars.
Day 2 - Using your pattern bars - slicing and lap work to make usable patterns to fit into your design to complete a glass platter.
